Rosie takes a seat on the blanket, curling her feet under her and turning the music down a little so they won't be shouting over it. The little deck is nice, bathed as it is in sun and warmth with the city spread out before them, and it's not difficult to understand what Nick likes about it.

"Apology accepted," she says, looking up at Nick from where she's sitting as she takes the glass from him. "And I'm sorry too. I should've sent a text or something, rather than just barge in."
